WEEKLY HEALTH TIP:
Improve your sleep by one simple task. If you wake up in the middle of the night, try NOT to look at the clock! By checking to see what time it is, you are waking up a different part of your brain, and it completely removes you from stage 1 "transitional" sleep. If you wake up, try not to keep your eyes open for very long. Turn off the inner "worrier" and just focus on getting back to sleep.
