Details Fellowship Dinner instructions

Kitchen Duties: All group members share all duties, please

1) Bring 2 to 3 food items (each to serve at least 6-8 people)

2) Set up tables and chairs after Sabbath school with table cloths (when available), flowers, salt, water pitchers and cups. Set up 2 hot food tables, 1 or 2 salad round tables and 1 short kids table (optional).

3) Heat all food as necessary. Silver warmig bags are available. Slice all breads and desserts. Set hot foods out at noon with serving spoons. Leave covers on until after the blessing. Ask someone to have blessing.

4) Wash dishes and clean kitchen. All tables and chairs need to be taken down after every potluck. Remove trash. Take towels home to be wased.

Please get someone to replace you if you are unable to help at your scheduled time.
